By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Pacific Padel Ltd on its Facebook page and/or other social media channels (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

The promoter of the Competition is Pacific Padel Ltd. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other social media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other social media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition.

Entry is open only to New Zealand residents who are residing in New Zealand at the time of the Competition. Employees of Pacific Padel Ltd, prize sponsors and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.

Entrants must follow the instructions on the Competition Facebook post and/or other social media channel to be eligible for the associated prize.

The Competition will begin when the Competition post has been uploaded onto Facebook and/or other social media channel and will end on the date specified in the Competition post (the "Competition Period").

Pacific Padel Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.

By entering this Competition, you agree that any person clearly identified in your entry has given their consent for their photo (personal information) to be shared on Pacific Padel Ltd's social media, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, for the purposes of this Competition.

By entering, each entrant warrants that their entry is original and that their submission does not or will not infringe any third party's intellectual property.

Pacific Padel Ltd will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.

At the end of the Competition Period Pacific Padel Ltd will select a winner or winners for each Competition from entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner(s) will be drawn as specified by the Facebook Competition post and/or other social media channel. The prize winner(s) will receive the prize that is advertised on either the Facebook Competition post, the Facebook Competition photo and/or other social media channel.

Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Pacific Padel Ltd will endeavour to notify each of the prize winners via Facebook and/or other social media channel. However, if the winner cannot be reached within five working days of the prize being drawn, Pacific Padel Ltd may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Pacific Padel Ltd reserves the right to contact the selected winners by other means.

Pacific Padel Ltd is not responsible for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches a winner and after it has been released from Pacific Padel Ltd.’s custody and control.

By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by Pacific Padel Ltd are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

Pacific Padel Ltd may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering and processing the Competition only. Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Pacific Padel Ltd in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.
