Pacific Padel offers free delivery in New Zealand on orders over $200 and a flat fee of $9.60 for orders under $200.


Delivery should be 3-5 working days under normal circumstances. Delivery times are estimates only, and rural delivery or delivery to remote sites may vary on delivery estimates. 

We will endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframes. However we do not warrant that these timeframes will be met as there are a multitude of different factors that can affect delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery. You can track your parcel using the Track and Trace service here.

The risk of any loss and or damage to the product will pass to you on delivery.

Please note that our delivery charges are non-refundable. 



Our delivery service is currently only available in New Zealand. Unfortunately, at present, we are unable to ship to other countries. 


Delivery Information Accuracy


Address changes and/or corrections made through your online account will only affect future orders placed after the changes and/or corrections are made. Any changes and/or corrections for current orders must be done by contacting our team at

Any package returned to us due to incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge. If we have incurred extra fees to retrieve the package then these charges will also be borne by the customer before the package can be dispatched again.



Here at Pacific Padel, we are committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Please be aware that returned items must be in their original packaging with labels and swing tags attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase. We will, of course, always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We will be able to process your refund within 3 working days after receiving your return parcel. Your refund will be on the same debit or credit card used for the original order. 

Our returns team will inspect the item returned for refund to ensure it has been returned in its original condition with all original packaging and labels and/or swing tags still attached, and within the return period. 

Depending on the debit or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 working days after the payment is applied for it to show on your account.


If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team at and quote your order number or invoice number. Our team will be more than happy to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or full refund for you. 


If you would like to change any item purchased online for a different style please send the original item(s) back as a return and place a new order online. 


We will do our best to ensure your refund/exchange is handled quickly, but it is important that you follow the instructions above so that there are no delays in processing your refund. We do not accept responsibility if the item is lost in transit. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
